Sandra Connorget off the seat more and why it can be more effective to use a higher gear on uphill corners rather than just spinning through. How to ride safely on very steep descents (with arms locked out, using shoulders to turn). I could already ride the terrain, but I felt that many of the tips and ideas Jess shared are going to help me ride faster and look better when I'm doing it!Read more...

Jac ConnellYes, I learnt some really good basic MTB skills such as positioning on the bike, cornering, log rolling and down hill riding. Jess and Liz were fantastic in explaining and demonstrating how to perform these different skills plus they gave me lots of confidence and encouragement. The notes provided have been a good reference to go back over what I have learnt. It was a fun day and its been great to have made some MTB friends from the course. I look forward to doing another clinic in the near futureRead more...

Andrew MItchellI had log jumps all wrong. Have to keep off the brakes, get up out of the saddle when cornering and keep the pedals horizontal through the corners. I loved Norms honest and clear approach to instructing. The kinetic thing works really well for most people and gets the message through. Really very well done.Read more...
