-
Melissa PurcellThe log riding was fantastic and the down hill position
-
Jane WoodmanI learned how to take control of my ride - I don't feel like a passenger any more! hooray! I had a brilliant time, thanks!
-
Mike DugdaleI enjoyed it so much, such a buzz afterwards. I really came away feeling that my riding ability has gone from being a passenger to being able to have some skills to build on.I am now ready to have a good go at Marriners and try feel alot more confidant about the Forrest 6 hour. Thanks to Liz for being a great teacher, she really made it alot of fun, which it should be. I'll be back for more. Mike.
-
Matt WhiteLooks where I'm going, rather than where I am. Stop & think/review the tracks I'm riding. Weighting & unweighting techniques reinforced. Have more faith in grip of tyres on rocks. Push down with arms while cornering to improve grip. I have a mental issue with the rock berm on boulder track, which I want to overcome.
-
Ray LiggetI really thought Norm was very clear in the instructions. Simplified things.
-
Mike SheppardGo with the flow, body position, don't brake sooo much, Look up, getting over things and so much more. That the trails I ride a not REAL MTB tracks, REAL MTB tracks are so much better (and more challenging)

Just a quick note to say thanks - and well done! You have found a great niche in the market for a professionally run program, and are doing it extremely well. You have a winning formula - stick with it.
I found the day highly motivating. We laughed, we cried (from the laughter - not from the crashes) and we learnt a lot! Adam is a great instructor who guided us through the day brilliantly.
-
Chris SammartinoReally enjoy the trails out there as always. It was great to get advice on line choice / setting up for obstacles - with which I managed to nail a drop on Mariner's on my second go which I kept stuffing on previous visits to Forrest. The fact it became second nature when I hit it a couple more times later in the day means you've managed to get me setting up for trail features a bit better already.
-
Carolina AlvearYes I have learnt so much because I was a real beginner and the course has made me more enthusiastic to continue with MTB riding.
-
Julia GunnLots! Fundamentals which were crucial for me. Gained lots of confidence to try things I wouldn't have previously considered. Had an absolute ball.
-
Su-Ann TanAll instructors have the right attitude. You're friendly and inspire a positive attitude in your participants. Keep up the great job, and all the best!

Just sending you this email to let you know I raced round 2 of the Vic XC series on the weekend. After our training session the other day I went away and re assessed my race strategy.
-
Andrew McCallumHow to tackle rocky uphills and how to approach/navigate dropoffs. Looking for 'A' lines and 'the path not always ridden'

I just wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful day I had yesterday at Lysterfield! I was one of the 3 omigo's in Norms group. I think people are sick of hearing me talk about it but I just had such a great day! I hung off Norms every word and just had a sensational time, although it may not have always looked like it with me crapping my dacks the whole day! Thanks Norm for your patience and encouragment during the day. I have had a couple of bad falls off my road bike so I have very…

Got exactly what I was looking for out of the course and can now execute with confidence the jumps I'd been eyeing off for some time. Norm also helped to identify a number of bad habits in my technique which I wasn't even aware of that were without doubt the reason for some previous nasty falls. I also now know how to pull off a move I've seen on MTB videos but which had confounded me in the past. Thanks a heap!

-
Neville WarburtonSome new skills - looking around corners, weighting & unweighting & feathering brakes.
-
Peter McWatersI really thought the whole day was run very well. The intros were excellent, a great icebreaker and Norm's instruction was top notch. I think you are doing a wonderful job.
-
Lina RaineriWas extremly worthwhile. Improved my confidence, was challenging and allowed me to conquer some trails I was yet to master. Great teachers, and will definately be back for more! Thanks guys!
