Ee Ther WeeCornering. Trail pumping. Over logs. Are excellent refinement to my mtb techniques. Thanks Adam!
-
Wil StrackleYou know, I have never said this after a thing like this but I reckon you\'ve pretty much got this down perfectly.
-
Peter McWatersI really thought the whole day was run very well. The intros were excellent, a great icebreaker and Norm's instruction was top notch. I think you are doing a wonderful job.
-
Beth MeadesI thoroughly enjoyed the day and thought it was pitched at exactly the right level. Thank you
-
Lynne PatrickI road-bike alot and MB a little so when it comes to MB my confidence and skills are a bit rocky! I just want to say that I was very nervous going into the course but the instructor, teaching methods and encouragement were brilliant and I feel better equipped to practice and improve my mountain biking abilities. Hope to see you again.
-
Tim TylerThe course was perfect for my level of ability, and taught me skills that allowed me to immediately enjoy my riding more.
-
Justin SchoonenemanWhat a fantastic experience. Normally rainy days keep me at home, but the skills clinic had me clearing obstacles and railing berms with a new found confidence in the rain and mud. A great way to learn new skills and get off the couch! A must do for any rider
-
Yolande KrugerWhat didn't I learn - EVERYTHING really. Key elements for me = Importance of your body position on the bike and how you can make it work for you. Looking AHEAD at where you are going. Don't think yourself out of something

Norm had some great phrases that were excellent visual/verbal markers to improving technique. Although I still don\'t understand SLOW DOWN. Can you think of something for that one?
-
Stella LaceySafety first - basic checks, navigating slight downhill in attack position, a switchback, drop, built up log, roots/drop combo, single log, up hill/rocks combo and "THE DOWNHILL"!!!! Oh yeah and that Norm has had heaps of practice catching riders mid fall - sorry Norm you had some more practice at the 02 Aug clinic!!!!
-
Phil BickerdikeBraking, braking, braking!! How to ride switchbacks. How to get up and over logs (no matter the size). How to ride berms with more speed and confidence.
-
Tracey SandstromCONFIDENCE Riding over logs, attack position & smoother lines.
-
Robyn Bell
Just a quick note to say thanks - and well done! You have found a great niche in the market for a professionally run program, and are doing it extremely well. You have a winning formula - stick with it.
I found the day highly motivating. We laughed, we cried (from the laughter - not from the crashes) and we learnt a lot! Adam is a great instructor who guided us through the day brilliantly.
-
Jasmina StanicNumbers allocated to each guide were fantastic, provide individuals with schedule/time line of course, everything was great, support and encouragement was great.
-
Scott CollisI learn a variety of things, some of them direct (how to launch and maintain a controlled trajectory) and some of them kinaesthetic which need to bed in a bit more... (ie I need to get out and ride...)
-
Phil BickerdikeBraking, braking, braking!! How to ride switchbacks. How to get up and over logs (no matter the size). How to ride berms with more speed and confidence.
-
Lianne DaviesThe clinic was great, with great instruction and the company of other women as scared as me but just wanting to give it a go, no pressure, Thanks
-
Tony dos SantosDefinitely did. Each section I learnt a bit more. It was great to stop and practice and then go back and practice again. Each section showed me what to look for and how to tackle the obstacle.
-
Ian DebarI thought you guys did an awesome job and it was a very friendly atmosphere, I felt welcome right from the start
-
Jodie ArnottThe course was superbly and professionally organised, with encouraging, knowledgeable instructors. It was inclusive of all levels, and as such really developed my confidence and skills. Thank you for a great day, I'll be back for another course soon
