What our clients say

  • Just a quick note to say thanks - and well done!  You have found a great niche in the market for a professionally run program, and are doing it extremely well. You have a winning formula - stick with it.

I found the day highly motivating.  We laughed, we cried (from the laughter - not from the crashes) and we learnt a lot!  Adam is a great instructor who guided us through the day brilliantly.

  • I just wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful day I had yesterday at Lysterfield! I was one of the 3 omigo's in Norms group. I think people are sick of hearing me talk about it but I just had such a great day! I hung off Norms every word and just had a sensational time, although it may not have always looked like it with me crapping my dacks the whole day! Thanks Norm for your patience and encouragment during the day. I have had a couple of bad falls off my road bike so I have very big fear of hurting myself again. I imagine it takes real patience to teach a pack of scared over analytical chicks how to do that stuff and your patience never appeared to waiver.

I will be sure to do more of your sessions, they are great value and I came away with so much knowledge yesterday so thank you and keep up the great work! It's very obvious you guys love what you do. I think you will be seeing a bit more of the 3 omigos!

  • I think you have tapped into a sleeping giant. As an outside looking in, your business sense seems spot on, you both have the knowledge and respect of the mountain bike community. Could you improve this clinic? I gave this a lot of thought, and couldn\'t come up with anything, so no!! I haven\'t stopped talking about it. I will recommend you guys to my riding mates who are looking to improve their skills. Good luck with it all.

  • Norm had some great phrases that were excellent visual/verbal markers to improving technique. Although I still don\'t understand SLOW DOWN. Can you think of something for that one?

  • "I learnt many things, but the two most important: to concentrate on the course, not boys' bums in front of me; and watch out for black boys - they're tough little things!"

  • "It was better than I imagined it would be. Despite the testing weather, I had an asbolute ball. It was great to meet so many people who love mountain biking and were there to simply mountain bike. No work discussions. No thoughts about stresses at home. All of that was left behind and all I cared about was enjoying the moment."

  • Got exactly what I was looking for out of the course and can now execute with confidence the jumps I'd been eyeing off for some time. Norm also helped to identify a number of bad habits in my technique which I wasn't even aware of that were without doubt the reason for some previous nasty falls. I also now know how to pull off a move I've seen on MTB videos but which had confounded me in the past. Thanks a heap!

  • Learnt heaps! the main thing, how to transfer weight while on the bike to get over obstacles, go over boulders and get down steep decents etc..Thanks

  • Yes. Smooth cornering & hill descent, riding over small/medium log obstacles without the lost of momentums. Mono-hops and even basic jumping skills also.

  • Learnt heaps, generally speaking the course improved my confidence but specific learnings included learning how to turn tight corners whilst travelling up hill, log roll overs and smoother riding on tight single track.
