Yes. Smooth cornering & hill descent, riding over small/medium log obstacles without the lost of momentums. Mono-hops and even basic jumping skills also.

Learnt heaps, generally speaking the course improved my confidence but specific learnings included learning how to turn tight corners whilst travelling up hill, log roll overs and smoother riding on tight single track.

Heaps. Basic skills - positions, (un)weighting, cornering, small obstacles. Looking where you want to go rather than where you don\'t. Breathing when concentrating (don\'t laugh - this has really helped!)

I found the course very good and learnt lots, now all I have to do is practice! Norm explained what he wanted us to do in a way that was easy to understand. We all had as many runs through each section as we needed without any pressure to move on until we were ready. If you want to pick up new skills or improve those you have I think the course is well worth doing.
